If for any reason you are not absolutely satisfied with your item(s) you may return them and select an exchange item from our inventory having equal value.

Exchange items must be new and unused with all tags attached.

The term new and unused will refer to the fact that the item being exchanged contains no scratches, marks or blemishes, lost or missing parts and is in the original condition it was received.

All control cards and original paperwork must be returned with the exchanged item(s).

Please return exchanged items within 7 days of receipt.

Any items which are received damaged will be returned to sender and will not be accepted. (no Exceptions)
